About Loren
Delivering Fresh Flowers Since 2023
A lifelong animal lover, Loren Spiotta-DiMare has been writing books and magazine articles about her favorite subjects for over 40 years. She’s produced adult and children’s books for traditional publishers as well as through her own small press, J. Pace Publications.

Loren lives in Hunterdon County, NJ with her husband, Lou, several dogs, four rabbits, numerous pet birds, and a goldfish pond.
She's also an equestrian who enjoys riding Western, working at Liberty and trick training.
To date, Loren has had 23 books published and numerous feature articles in regional and national magazines. Recognized by the Dog Writers Association of America, Humane Society of the United States, Doris Day Animal Foundation, USA Book News and New Jersey Press Women, Loren’s work has been published both nationally and internationally.

For the last five years, Loren has served as Chair of the Just 4 Kids writers’ group in Long Valley. She also teaches Introduction to Book Publishing classes at various local venues.
Loren especially enjoys sharing her books with children during Author Visits. "Kids ask the most interesting questions and are the best editors," she says.
